JOB DESCRIPTION: Designs and manages small to large-scale complex installations. Develops Labor & Material estimates (BOL/BOM) and a Statement of Work (SOW) Manages multiple large scale projects or strategic customers
Essential Position Functions / Principal Accountabilities: Understands Account Management
Effectively communicates between F3 Tech Group divisions assure that the level of customer service provided meets or exceeds expectations.
Produces weekly status reports for on-going projects Delivers to operations or Sub-Contractor a clear and complete job implementation package, including electronics Test and Acceptance plan Develops cost analysis of projects and project manage performance against budget Responsible for invoicing, accruing, and accurately forecasting all assigned projects, by utilizing the PE Provides technical assistance and engineering support for the company Cultivates additional sales through established accounts Provides pre-sales support by interfacing with the customer on a regular basis to ensure the proper solution is sold Plans and manages time and schedule effectively Engages in aggressive self-development plan
Authority: Reports to management any potential problem areas, which may adversely affect performance or quality. Review peer bids and work orders. Makes recommendations and approves quantities. This person has the authority to engage subcontractors as necessary to assist in projects within in the guidelines established by the VP of Network Infrastructures. Identify potential service level and process problems before they occur and inform management. Schedule and prioritize work to accommodate customer needs while minimizing impact on current projects. Delegate work to Project Engineers. Review and direct the work of support personnel to insure that they are adhering to standards and procedures and working within the cost limitations of the project. Approve project invoices consistent with authorization approval limits. Produces and approves quotes, proposals and pricing up to and beyond $25,000
